Senior Sales Engineer
We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to work in a collaborative high-tech environment as a “Solutions Architect.”
The Solutions Architect must be able to articulate IDV Solutions’ Visual Fusion technology to both business and technical influencers
and decision-makers during the pre-sales process. He/she will work to understand customer needs and create solutions based on Visual
Fusion and Microsoft technology. A blend of creativity, technical savvy, people skills and pragmatism are key attributes for this
individual.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Ability to identify and communicate creative solutions to business and technical problems
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including listening skills
- Enthusiastic approach
- Ability to lead small group sessions (e.g., requirements and design sessions with users or IT staff)
- Attention to detail
- Experience with documentation and problem resolution
- Experience producing high and mid-level project estimates

Video Production—Part-Time
IDV Solutions, a Lansing, Michigan-based software company, has immediate need for a part-time audio/video production associate to
create product awareness / marketing and training videos. The position requires experience with Adobe Premiere, Camtasia Studio,
Windows 7, and basic video equipment. Post production work includes mix down of a combination of audio, video and computer "screen
cam" materials; encoding video for online use, such as YouTube; and distribution to the web. 10-20 hours per week. Pay based on
experience.
