About this Demo

district, was lampooned in 1812 -not too long into our national existence. Since then, the creativity of politically motivated district drawing has
resulted in guffaws, inflammatory debates, and even some Supreme Court cases.
The constitutionality of creative districting is difficult to assess, but the results are interesting...and often entertaining. So check out the wild
world of congressional districts in a fun and contextual way, get informed, and keep those folks honest!
