One platform for risk awareness and response
Visual Command Center software helps security teams protect their organization against
threats—whether internal or external, local or global—by uniting data
from external sources, enterprise systems, and internal devices into a real-time,
common operating picture of risk and security. It provides organizations with a
practical approach to managing risk—a consolidated view to alert, assess,

To monitor multiple locations or regions easily, save the map views most relevant to you;
then cycle between them in the order you choose. Operators can create private views, or
share them to enhance communication; Visual Command Center respects permission levels, so
users see only data or areas they are authorized to see.
Visualize travel security and medical risk alerts from International SOS, a leader in travel
risk management. Receive alerts when these threats occur near a traveler or a remote employee’s
location. Visual Command Center can connect to your travel management system to visualize
itineraries and access traveler profiles.
Visual Command Center automatically alerts building POCs, employees, travelers, or others of risk events
or the need to take action following detection of a risk event. An enhanced e-mail template makes it easier
for recipients to understand key facts about potentially impacted assets, and their proximity to the risk event.
Natural disasters like earthquakes and fires, breaking news, and other data help
keep security teams informed. Automatically track terrorism, epidemics, and hazmat
situations. More than 100 configurable sources of risk are included with Visual
Configurable alerts monitor Visual Command Center’s included global incident data
feeds for incidents like terrorism, weather, and hazmat to identify risks near the
things you care about: people, assets, your supply chain, or other places. Alerts
appear in the map, timeline, and alert panel, and can be sent via e-mail.
Easily load floor plans and position them on the map. Click on a camera to launch
a live video feed using the camera’s Web control client. See the status of doors,
card readers, alarms, and other systems. Give first responders an edge with mobile
access to interior plans and exit locations for multiple floors.
More than just points on a map, Visual Command Center also visualizes line and polygon
data. Use integrated data connectors to visualize supply routes, distribution lines,
or networks. Or load and plot polygon data such as sales territories, jurisdictions,
property boundaries, or your own “no-fly zone.”
Track severe weather that can threaten people and property with more than 36 weather
data feeds, including: radar, hurricanes, temperatures, rain, ice, snow, wind, and
more. Visual Command Center includes current and predictive weather from Weather
Central. Live traffic video for over 200 cities and current traffic conditions for
more than 26 countries is included.
Only Visual Command Center lets you track risk and incidents down to the second,
or zoom out for a long-term view.
Focus on current, recent, or historical events by selecting and filtering event data on the
timeline. Use familiar calendar-based tools, or draw a query on the timeline using the mouse
Visual Command Center helps operations centers monitor events around the globe, providing
multiple options for managing data across time zones. A real-time day-night shadow helps
remote teams better understand conditions in areas they may be monitoring.
Select from the library of business intelligence widgets to instantly interrogate
and analyze your data. Visual Command Center’s analysis tools sum up square feet
affected, number of employees, and other data.
Draw your search area on the map, and immediately get information on all of your
assets in the threatened area. Initiate action by instantly emailing all the building
managers affected by an oncoming hurricane, or create a list of all the employees
that live within 50 miles of an earthquake’s epicenter.
One-stop search finds items in your active feeds, locations in Bing Maps, and news
and photos from the Web. Combine search terms and phrases to locate important data,
add relevant items from the Web to your application, or “fly to” a place of interest.
An Excel formatted Risk Report instantly summarizes risks, assets, and people in
harm’s way. Save it to a SharePoint work space and collaborate with members of your
team. The Risk Report also includes a snapshot of the current view.
Visual Command Center gives your team the power to identify risks, interrogate threats,
and initiate action using the form factor that works best for the situation. Browser-based,
you can take it mobile via a laptop or tablet.
