CH2M HILL's Enterprise Spatial Solutions (ESS) business today announced a strategic partnership with IDV Solutions, a global location intelligence and visualization software and solutions company, to deliver enterprise spatial solutions, composite applications and systems integration services. CH2M HILL's ESS business is a global practice within the firm's Enterprise Management Solutions Business Group.
The partnership between CH2M HILL and IDV Solutions enables both businesses to offer its global clients both front-end and back-end systems integration expertise through one combined effort.
Providing front-end systems capabilities, IDV Solutions offers map platform independent software accommodating any Web mapping service. The company's Location Feature ServerT software (LFS), a .Net server-side product, orchestrates the integration of business and organizational data with location services then displays the data as interactive features on the resultant map. IDV Solutions' LFS Visual software compliments Location Feature Server as a rich client providing advanced mapping and information and data display functionality.
